General Terms and Conditions of Ymorning Trading GmbH
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions of Terms
- The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
- In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is formed with:

- The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
- When an order is received in our online store, the following steps apply:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
- Review of the information in the shopping cart
- Activation of the “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Registration in the online store after creating an account and entering login details (email address and password)
- Further review or correction of the data entered
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “Place Order” or “Buy”
The consumer can return to the webpage where the customer’s information is recorded, correct errors, or cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser. Upon receipt of the order, we immediately confirm it via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”), which constitutes acceptance of the consumer’s offer.
- Storage of the Contract Text for Orders in Our Online Store: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. Past orders can be viewed in the customer area under “My Account” -> “My Orders.”
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
- The indicated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
- Consumers can make payments via advance payment, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- If the consumer chooses advance payment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after concluding the contract.
§4 Delivery
- Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery occurs within 5 business days at the latest. For advance payments, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
- The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon handover of the item, even in the case of mail-order sales.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price is received.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
